Holiday Cocktail

After creating our Fairy-lit Palm Tree DIY for Christmas
we celebrated with a little holiday spread around the tree
including our go-to choice for the season
from our neighbours and friends Brookie’s Gin

Create Your Own

1 part gin
1 part tonic
1 part soda

Serve over ice or chill your drinks first

We used Brookie’s Slow Gin
with flavours of rose, watermelon and bright plum,
simply add chilled soda and tonic

Add a touch of mint and strawberry
for the perfect Christmas cocktail
