First off these boots are insanely gorgeous and totally worth the price. They are a nice soft comfy. However I wish I would of asked a rep in the sizing of these boots before purchasing. I ordered the 38 after I checked the sizing listed below. It says 38=7US shoe size. I’m a true 7 but they fit more like a 7 1/2. (Which is what a rep later told me.) They still fit but I can def feel my arch is in the wrong spot. I added a gel insole and it worked a bit better and it’ll fit with a thick sock. These boots are absolutely stunning and I’m so excited to wear them this year. Literal dream boots. I don’t consider my thighs to be to too big and they have a comfortable fit. Not too snug not too open..

My lower leg is pretty short so these hit me definitely above knee, lower thigh. And I’m thick like a gymnast there. The cut out at the top of the boot allows for flexibility in sizing but the horizontal decorative stitching just below the top rim makes the spot quite fixed and inflexible. So it’s pretty snug on me there. And the thickest part of my calf is lower on the boot than the thicker part of the calf of the boot so I have to kinda scrunch the leather upper in order to zip the boot. BUT I made it work because these are so darn cute. My true size 37. Bought and kept size 38 in order to fit my muscles; it’s not too big for my foot fortunately and I have a little room for a cushy sock. Footbed pretty TTS. Maybe size up one if you have thicker calves.
