All orders placed on our Australian website are sent from our Australian based warehouse. We offer Free Shipping for all Australian orders over $150.

All orders placed before 1pm Sydney time are dispatched the next business day, this includes orders sent with our Express Courier service. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched within 2 business days. We do not offer same day delivery.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder, or email us.

Deliveries are sent during standard business hours Monday to Friday, purchases made on weekends and public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email. 

Please note, our warehouse is based in Byron Bay and therefore considered a regional location which can impact delivery timeframes. During busy periods or within five (5) days of a new collection launch or sale there may be delays with order processing and dispatch.

The table below is a guideline of delivery times after dispatch. All shipping estimates are based on metro destinations, for orders sent to regional and rural locations, please allow for additional time for shipping. 

You have the option to select your courier at checkout. If you're shipping to a Parcel Locker, please select Australia Post or Startrack. If you're shipping to a PO Box, please select Australia Post at checkout.

To acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land your item is being delivered on, you can include the traditional place name in the address field at checkout. We've named this field for you to ensure your parcel is addressed correctly.

Please note: due to the COVID-19 pandemic there may be extended delays with international shipping. We recommend referring to the carrier's website for the most up to date information in relation to your country.

We offer two services for international deliveries, outlined below. The timeframes outlined are estimates only, and will vary depending on the destination. Please note, Australia Post's service will be handed over to your local postal service once it arrives in your country.

All international orders require orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel. 

For customers shipping to Canada, Europe and Great Britain we will be shipping your order Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The price of the products in CAD, EURO & GBP are priced to include all duties and tax.

For customers shipping to other international destinations you may be required to pay customs and import taxes as your orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

Spell is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
